Change becomes real when people move with it.
That became the starting point for Tchai Change. In January 2025, we brought different ambitions together across the organisation, creating new energy and a shared direction.
Throughout the year, we saw what can happen when people are given trust and space to grow. New ideas emerged, colleagues stepped into new possibilities and plans began to take shape. Because when people grow, Tchai grows with them.
For us, sustainability has never been only an environmental story. The environmental, social and governance sides of ESG are connected. Progress begins with people and is strengthened by ownership, collaboration and responsible decision-making.
One of the choices we are most proud of was investing more deeply in people by making more room for individual ambitions and different forms of development. We also discovered that everyone experiences growth differently. Some naturally step forward, while others benefit from more guidance, encouragement or time. That insight helped us provide more focused support while respecting each person’s own rhythm.
Not every change happens immediately or in the way you expect. But when people feel part of the direction, something begins to move. That shared movement made 2025 especially meaningful to us. It brought energy to Tchai and helped turn plans into visible results. It also reminded us to keep making time for reflection when everyday work is moving quickly.
We saw positive movement in our environmental work too. Sustainability became more practical and more closely connected to supplier relationships, materials, design and client conversations.
As a service organisation, we do not make every decision alone. We can advise, inspire and develop better alternatives, but progress becomes stronger when clients, suppliers and partners move with us.
Looking back, 2025 was not the year in which we completed change. It was the year in which we chose it and began to see what that choice could set in motion.
For us, change is not one breakthrough or one perfect plan. It means continuing to make choices that reflect what you believe in, even when priorities around you shift or progress takes longer than hoped. It grows through people, trust and the willingness to keep learning together. That is the direction we have chosen for Tchai.
