At Tchai, sustainability isn’t a department or a project; it’s a way of seeing. The new VSME guidelines suit us well: less complex than CSRD, yet just as meaningful. We see this simplicity not as an excuse, but as an invitation to move forward in our own way, focusing on progress, not perfection, guided by what truly matters.
Collaboration is our true currency. It lives in how we connect with clients, suppliers, and each other, sharing knowledge, teaming up, and continuously improving. It brings growth, trust, and resilience, but also vulnerability, because when collaboration stalls, everything slows. naturally from who we are. What drives us is not only what we create, but how we create it, bringing our Tchi, our energetic life force that fuels our craft and guides our decisions.
