10h00 Arrival + Coffee at Fenix Art Museum
Address: Paul Nijghkade 5, 3072 AT Rotterdam
Enter the building at Veerlaan 19.

Parking is available just a short walk away from the museum at Q-Park Fenix, Veerlaan 9, 3072 ZP Rotterdam. Alternatively, you can park at the Q-Park De Rotterdam (Wilhelminakade 201, 3072 AR Rotterdam) or at Parking Garage Antoine Platekade (Platekade 9, 3072 ME Rotterdam) in the Kop van Zuid area. These options involve a slightly longer walk in the morning (about five minutes), but they're closer to the restaurant where we'll end the day. Fenix is also accessible by public transport. The nearest metro station is Wilhelminaplein, about a 10-minute walk from the museum.

Start the day with a cup of coffee or tea as we welcome you to this special event, held in appreciation of our partnership. Our theme, Build Different, can mean many things. What might it mean for you? Let’s begin by getting inspired and exploring that together.

10h30 Tchai Talk I
Kim Tchai will open the day with a welcome address and introduce the event theme: ’Build Different’. ‘Build Different’ is our guiding philosophy; a reflection of our global mindset, hands-on approach, and relentless focus on innovation. It defines who we are and how we work: pushing boundaries to build smarter, more intentional retail environments.
