You.
As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients/brands and developing strong, genuine relationships with them. You will be part of a strategic, sales-focused team that actively identifies opportunities. You will leverage your extensive network to approach potential clients/brands. A successfully onboarded new client or brand will be transferred, in consultation, to your direct colleague, account manager, with the goal of achieving 100% client satisfaction. This allows you to continuously focus on expanding our client base. You play a crucial role in the growth of our company and help us further strengthen our strategic market position.

What You Will Do.
> Hunt for prospects, new markets and opportunities with a Tchai way of working.
> Identify, pursue and lead the win of new customers with the potential to go EMEA.
> Collaborate as part of our strategic business development team, to which you’ll add your own opportunities and initiatives.
> Get inspired by new technologies, sustainability, market research, fairs, and several networks of professionals to identify and pursue opportunities which have a high chance of winning.
> Be involved at every stage of the tender process (RFI/RFQ/RFP) and beyond, from design to contract negotiations, until you hand it over to an operational project team.
> Deliver clear, structured, commercial plans; Why are we going after an opportunity? How big is the impact? What is the lead time? You understand real client needs and have the ability to translate tender briefings to an optimal solution for both potential clients and Tchai.
> Create and present compelling pitches which differentiate us from our competitors.
> Utilize an omnichannel approach and use our (digital) partner network for a winning strategy.
> Deploy your personality, experience, knowledge, and ambition to continually develop the company and our services.
