We don’t know your name yet. But we do know that you get energized by contributing to creative projects. You love structure, having a clear overview, and taking care of every detail. From our beautiful location in Ridderkerk, you’ll work alongside our project managers to ensure projects run smoothly. From concept to completion.
The Job.
You’ll support our project managers in preparing and coordinating inspiring retail projects. From requesting quotes and creating timelines to communicating with suppliers and keeping the admin in check. You’re the connecting link between our internal teams, clients, and production partners. You’ll get to know the full scope of the profession and grow step by step with the team.
Your responsibilities include:
> Preparing and organizing project schedules and production processes.
> Creating and managing orders in our ERP system.
> Purchasing materials and contributing smart, efficient solutions.
> Preparing technical documentation and guiding production drawings.
> Communicating with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
> Assisting in the execution and delivery of projects
What do you bring?
> Experience in supporting projects.
> A hands-on mentality, love for structure, and a sharp eye for detail.
> Ability to switch smoothly between tasks while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
> Enthusiasm for project-based work — experience in a production or technical environment is a plus.
> Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
> A positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
