We don’t know who you are yet, but we do know that you thrive on making sure everything ends up in the right place. Whether that’s within our warehouse or with suppliers and hubs abroad. You’re a doer. You like structure, clarity, and keeping a clear overview. From our beautiful location in Ridderkerk, you’ll work with your team to keep projects running smoothly and logistics fully under control.
> You have experience in a logistics role, such as a coordinator or planner.
> You know how to stay on top of things, even when juggling multiple tasks.
> You’re a clear communicator and can switch easily between colleagues and external partners.
> You work in a structured way and like to stay one step ahead.
> You have experience with an ERP system (Business Central is a plus).
> You speak both Dutch and English fluently (helpful with our international clients and suppliers).
What you'll do.
You are the link between our production team, warehouses, clients, and logistics partners. You coordinate, plan, anticipate needs, and make sure all furniture and materials reach their destinations. In stores across the globe. Whether it's a delivery from our warehouse in Ridderkerk or through an international hub, you're the one who keeps it all on track. From order picking and packing lists to client communication and inventory management... You make it happen.
> You ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers worldwide.
> You prepare shipments by creating clear packing lists and briefings.
> You coordinate with order pickers, both internally and at external locations.
> You maintain communication with suppliers, transport partners, and clients.
> You keep inventory updated in our ERP system (Business Central).
> You bring calm and clarity to a dynamic logistics process.
