Supporting the project managers and communicating with the client is what you do. You are not afraid to get what you need and show initiative. You process all information in our administration and have knowledge of Office365. Do you have experience with Business Central? That’s a big plus!
Your role involves managing the project administration for your team, where you’re responsible for the financial setup of projects, various administrative tasks, and project checks and analyses. This includes tasks like creating purchase orders, sales invoicing, and collaborating with the project manager on budget and final reviews.
You’re an integral part of a self-managing team, where everyone shares responsibility for the collective results and each other’s job satisfaction. This calls for a strong sense of accountability and a willingness to support one another. Equally important to us is the value we place on coming together and unwinding as a team!
