Sustainable shop-in-shop concept
A new sustainable store concept for iittala in Berlin, Germany. The Finnish company is established with a shop-in-shop in the second largest department store in Europe: KaDeWe Berlin.
After having the honor to do multiple projects for the design brand, we present the latest shop-in-shop for iittala. Most elements of the shop-in-shop are made from durable materials. Valchromat was used alongside different wood types like douglas and oak. The concept and product displays will be revealed in various countries throughout Europe in department stores such as: De Bijenkorf, Fnac, Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, Coolblue and more.
A charming addition to the concept, comparing it with previous compositions, is the lightning. Take a closer look and discover that it has been added in the furniture to elevate the product presentation. Another addition that gives the product presentation that next level look is the illuminated iittala logos.
The iittala shop-in-shop was a collaboration between Tchai and Futudesign. Futudesign initiated the concept. Tchai took care of the materialization, engineering, production and installation.
