Our social commitment in practice: inclusive, connected, and human.
At Tchai, everything we do comes down to people, the ones who build, design, think, install, coordinate, prototype, ship, create, and collaborate. The work is diverse, the days are full, and the realities of life don’t pause for projects. That’s why our People pillar is simple in intention: make Tchai a place where you can do meaningful work without losing yourself in the process.

We know life is a juggling act. Commitments overlap. Deadlines arrive at the same time as dentist appointments, school events, sick children, a parent who needs help, or simply the need to take a breath. Work–life balance isn’t a slogan; it’s an everyday negotiation.
We try to make that balance possible. Not perfectly, not always easily, but consciously: with openness, realistic expectations, and conversations that make space for real life. Growth here is human, not hierarchical. Opportunities are visible and expectations are clear, but development is something we shape together. We offer structure, tools, and guidance, and people use them in ways that fit their role, their pace, and their ambitions. Support is always available, through feedback, coaching, and day-to-day collaboration, yet growth remains a shared process.
We create the space; how that space is filled is a conversation between the individual and the team.

“A workplace is only healthy when people feel safe. Not “safe” as in slogans; safe as in I can ask, I can question, I can raise a concern early, and it will be heard.”
Our policies set the framework, but culture makes it real. Safety is always a priority, so fundamental that we don’t present it as an achievement. it’s simply the baseline. We follow local and EU standards because they matter, and we go further where it feels right: keeping communication short, staying attentive to signals, and addressing things before they grow.
Our social commitment includes also everyone we collaborate with, suppliers, clients, partners. Legislation and our guidelines set the baseline, but relationships shape what happens in practice. Not audits, not distance, but real people, real conversations. We stay close: we visit, we talk, we listen, and we keep expectations clear. When something needs attention, we address it together, with clarity and respect, so that working conditions remain fair and responsible across the chain.

People at Tchai isn’t a pillar on paper.
It’s how we choose to work.
It’s the tone in our conversations.
The way we look out for each other.
The belief that good work is only possible when the people behind it feel seen, respected, and able to bring their full selves to the table.
We are Tchai.
