Build Different for Tchai also means caring for the environment; working with intention in the way we design, source, move, and build. We see sustainability as something practical, something that lives in daily choices rather than in abstract promises. That is why our work on climate and circularity grows step by step, always connected to what is real, measurable, and within our shared responsibility.

We approach the environment through two parallel movements: reducing our emissions and using resources more thoughtfully and less. These form the foundation of our Planet pillar.

On climate, we already have full insight into our Scope 1 and 2 emissions, with our purchased electricity at zero emissions thanks to certified renewable energy.

We are aligned with science-based principles to shape our long-term reduction path, and we continue strengthening our understanding of the entire Scope 3, the part of the footprint shared with our suppliers, partners, and logistics network.

Each year, this view becomes clearer as more data flows in and collaboration grows deeper.
